How it works

Add keywords

Your brand, product names or competitors. Add spelling variants and exclusions so “Python” the language does not match “python” the snake.

Pick sources

Turn on the places your audience talks: news, communities, social networks and video. We check them for you on a schedule.

Get the digest

New mentions, grouped by keyword with positive, neutral and negative sentiment, delivered to your team chat or inbox. Browse everything in the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a mention?

An article, post, comment or video that contains one of your keywords and is not excluded by your exclusion words. Each one is stored once, even if several sources find it.

How often will I hear from you?

Pro and Business send a daily digest at the hour you choose. The Free plan sends a weekly e-mail digest. You can always open the dashboard to see new mentions.

How is sentiment calculated?

Every mention gets a positive, neutral or negative score from a fast lexicon-based model. On the Business plan you can additionally turn on AI analysis for short summaries and better context.

Do you need access to my social accounts?

No. EchoMention only reads public content. You only connect where the digest goes: a Slack or Discord webhook, a Telegram chat or an e-mail address.

Do you support Reddit?

Yes, through the Web search source (Pro and Business): it finds new Reddit threads in the Brave Search index with site:reddit.com queries, so it does not depend on Reddit’s API. You can add other sites the same way, such as Trustpilot, G2 or Product Hunt. Coverage depends on what the index has picked up, usually within a day. Our direct Reddit API source is limited: Reddit is closing its public API (by March 2027) and new API apps need Reddit’s approval, so it works only while Reddit’s API remains available to us.

How long do you keep mentions?

Free: 7 days; Pro: 90 days; Business: 365 days. Older mentions are deleted automatically. See the privacy policy.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then falls back to Free. Your keywords are kept; any above the Free limit are paused.

Who handles payments and invoices?

Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides invoices, handles VAT and sales tax, and processes refunds.
