Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes Slack?

Pro ($19/month) and Business ($39/month). The Free plan sends a weekly e-mail digest.

Does EchoMention need access to my Slack workspace?

No. It only uses an incoming webhook to post into one channel; it cannot read your messages.

Can I get instant Slack alerts?

On Business, negative mentions are checked every 30 minutes and posted right away (up to 5 per hour); everything else arrives in the daily digest.

Do you monitor Slack communities?

No. Slack is where EchoMention delivers mentions, not a source.
